The Trailmomma family has visitors in town for a few days. Today we headed to Tahoe for an extended weekend of fun, snow and hot chocolate. We are staying in a super sweet condo right in the village of the Northstar Resort. This is a first for us.
We have four adults and two kids on this trip so it required two sets of cars. The boys left early to hit the slopes and the girls stayed home with the kids. We did manage a nice 3.5 mile run and a trip to the park.
Once we arrived in Tahoe though the excitement was in the air and the kids were no longer suffering from their tiny car naps.

Tomorrow we have a "schedule" to follow apparently. The mommies are heading to the resort gym for an hour workout and the boys are doing daddy daycare. The kids are just content running around and making a mess in a house that is not their own.
Have I mentioned how much I love Tahoe?

ReplyDeleteOOOh...sounds like heaven! My kids are begging us to take them skiing. It's on our list to do for sure this winter.
